The hooks have a few chips and nicks in the brass coating which is disappointing considering the price. The hooks are very heavy which is nice and overall they look great. There is a packet of screws and wall plugs supplied alongside, although my packet had 3 screws instead of 4, but it's not the end of the world since I can get another screw. Customer service was brilliant. The seller was willing to answer all my questions before I bought the product.
